After we launched the Institutional Solutions end of last year, already over 150 institutions signed up including National Taiwan Normal University (Taiwan), ESADE Barcelona (Spain), National University of Rio de Janeiro (Brasil), Università di Pisa (Italy), China University of Geosciences (China), Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia) and many others.
We announced the Cockpit as a management console for partners, as a part of the Roadmap after crowdfunding. We launched the Development Program Institutional Cockpit looking for partners to participate, after which we started the actual development of the Cockpit application. We expect a first release of this application for the Peerwith platform by end of July. The Cockpit is a key feature in our new focus on accelerating the growth of Institutional Solutions.
With the Cockpit Program we are bringing our Institutional Solutions to the next level, supercharging your pre-publication workflow by providing a helicopter view of all your Peerwith projects and giving you the power over your publication budgets and planning.
We already announced that Erasmus Rotterdam joined the Program as its Launching partner. Erasmus Rotterdam is currently involved in a pilot with Peerwith. Today we announce that three other institutions joined the Program. That is Universidad del Norte (Colombia), Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios (Colombia) and University of Dubai (United Arab Emirates). All three are early adopters of our Insitutional Solutions and expected to be first users of the Cockpit application.
We are actively looking for other partners to join the program.
Signing up to the Development Program Institutional Solutions will:
- Increase your institution’s publication output and scientific impact
- Make your pre-publication workflow transparent, more efficient and cost-effective
- Improve your publication planning, monitoring and reporting
- Minimize your administrative costs with a centralised billing service
- Give researchers at your institution the right support to improve the quality of their scientific work
Joining the Development Program early will also give you a vote on new features and implementation schedule as a part of the Peerwith Cockpit Roundtable discussions.
